What does that mean?

It means that Sypht can recognise data in your document, say for example an ABN number, then use the 
Governments' ABN lookup https://abr.business.gov.au/ to verify the number, double-check the address, dates, and so on. Or, say you want to match an invoice issuer to your supplier database in order to ensure the correct people are invoicing you.
Honestly, the possibilities for data matching are endless.
Currently, our data matching isn’t something you can customize through the app interface. It requires our team to configure something for you in our backend system. Contact sales to discuss your requirement.
